Hydrocotyle tripartita is a plant that is widely used in aquascapes. Its leaves are clover-like, which provide an interesting contrast against elliptical and blade shaped foliage. Under good lighting, Hydrocotyle tripartita ‘is a great foreground plant as it can creep along the substrate. Under good lighting growth is compact and fast, forming a nice carpet. This plant can also be placed in the gaps between rocks and driftwood, enhancing the natural feel of the aquarium.
