Shipping, Returns and Refunds
We ship our products via the method of your choosing, with the cost depending on size and weight.
Heavy items and long distance or remote shipping may attract an additional fee, we will notify you prior to dispatch if this is the case. Orders are dispatched in 1-3 business days subject to the items availability. Shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Free Shipping is available for most orders over a value of $150.
We ship most products via Australia Post. These items must be below 100cm and/or 20kg. Products over these limits are booked through a separate courier service of our choice.
We will ship livestock orders Monday and Tuesday via Startrack only. We recommend purchasing livestock and all other products separately to avoid the more expensive nextday Startrack Premium.
We do not ship aquariums or aquarium stands via couriers. Please contact us for information on what services we do provide delivering aquariums.
We do not ship to parcel lockers.
Any shipping to PO boxes incur an additional $10 shipping fee. That can be purchased using the link below.
All orders are authority to leave unless otherwise requested. If there is a failed delivery, you will incur a re-delivery fee of $10 to be paid prior to re-delivery.
NT, TAS and WA customers are not promitted to purchase Livestock from our website. Please feel free to contact us if you are trying to import with a permit.
We ship to all States and Territories within Australia. At this time we do not accept international orders via our online store. For international orders feel free to ring +613 9898-8432 between the hours of 10am-6pm AEST.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give customers refunds if you change your mind, select the wrong item or damage the item during self installation. We offer a complete range of installation and maintenance services at competitive rates and it is recommended that customers use these services if they feel the job at hand is outside the ability to complete themselves.
The customer is entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit where an item has been found to be faulty. On some occasions items may be required to be sent back to our store for a warranty claim assessment. This is generally done at the customers expense or by agreement after contacting the store.
