We ship our products via the method of your choosing, with the cost depending on size and weight.

Heavy items and long distance or remote areas may attract an additional fee and we will notify you prior to dispatch if this is the case. Orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days subject to the items availability. Shipping times are estimated based on the shipping you chose at checkout.

Free Shipping is available for most orders over a value of $150.

We ship most products via Australia Post. These items must be below 105cm and/or 22kg (including packaging). Products over these limits are booked through a separate courier service of our choice and unfortunately may not be the option you chose at checkout. 

We ship livestock orders Monday & Tuesday and sometimes Wednesday depending on public holidays state/national. Live Fish are only delivered by Startrack to residential or business address so we recommend purchasing all other products separately to avoid expensive shipping cost. 

We do not ship aquariums or aquarium stands via couriers. Most Neptunian or Waterbox Aquariums (excluding nanos) can ship nation wide wile CADE and Red Sea (except nanos) can only ship to Victoria and sometimes Tasmania. Please contact us for information regarding these stipulations. 

Any shipping to a PO box may incur an additional $10 shipping fee. That can be purchased using the link. PO BOX SHIPPING FEE

All orders are authority to leave unless otherwise requested. If there is a failed delivery, you will incur a re-delivery fee of $10 to be paid prior to re-delivery.

NT, TAS and WA customers are not able to purchase live plants, fish or coral from our website due to local regulations on importation, Please feel free to contact us if you are trying to import with a permit.

Shipping Destinations:

We ship to all States and Territories within Australia. At this time we do not accept international orders via our online store. For international orders feel free to ring +613 9898-8432 between the hours of 10am-6pm.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

Please read carefully. We do not normally give customers refunds if you change your mind, select the wrong item or damage the item during self installation. We offer a complete range of installation and maintenance services locally at competitive rates and it is recommended that customers use these services. If they feel the job at hand is outside the ability to complete yourself. Please contact us especially if you are out of state to avoid return costs.

The customer is entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit where an item has been found to be faulty. Each manufacture has a different process to a warranty claim. We are happy to assist you with any manufacture faults that may happen with the product you purchased but we will also have to adhere to the warranty process expected by the manufacture. This may include shipping expenses brought on by the consumer to return the product purchased to the manufacture for assessment.
