After receiving your order and if you experience a loss within the guaranteed time-frame of your purchase, please follow the steps outlined below to receive a voucher for the purchase price of the reported loss. The Shipping fee cannot be refunded.

To expedite the issuing of your voucher for your reported loss or losses, please complete all of the required fields within the form. A digital photo (jpg, jpeg & png images only) of the deceased specimen must be attached to qualify for our guarantee.

Please photograph the specimen in the original sealed shipping bag.

Please Note: When submitting a claim form to report a loss from an order with multiple fish purchased, please submit a separate claim form for each unique loss.
