Price Match Policy

Nature Pets & Aquariums – Lowest Prices Guaranteed

At Nature Pets & Aquariums, we are proud to offer competitive pricing across our entire range. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we’ll happily review it.

We will match a competitor’s lower advertised price (including GST and standard delivery fees) on an identical, in-stock item, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match:

  • The item must be identical (same brand, model, size and specifications).

  • The competitor must be an Australian retailer with an ABN.

  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from both the competitor and Nature Pets & Aquariums.

  • The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.

  • The total price comparison must include GST and standard shipping costs.

Exclusions

We are unable to price match:

  • Clearance, liquidation or closing-down sales

  • Marketplace sellers (e.g. Amazon Marketplace, eBay private sellers)

  • Auction listings or pricing errors

  • Bundle deals, promotional codes, loyalty discounts or “members only” pricing

  • Grey imports or non-Australian stock

  • Commercial quantities or bulk orders

  • Livestock

  • Aquariums, terrariums and large furniture from out of state where freight and handling costs make direct comparison unreasonable

We reserve the right to decline a price match where the competitor’s offer does not meet our standard retail conditions.

How to Request a Price Match

Please email [email protected] with:

  • A link or screenshot of the competitor’s advertised price

  • The product name and model

  • Your preferred store (if applicable)

Our team will review your request promptly and confirm the outcome.
