The Chihiros LED Backlight White is a convenient to install white LED backlight for aquariums and aquascapes that can also be used for paludariums and terrariums.
The diffuse, areal light makes the aquascape shine in a very special way.
Shadows are almost completely eliminated, which allows a very clear picture of the layout, the plants and the inhabitants. The plasticity and three-dimensionality of the aquascape is particularly emphasised by means of background lighting.
Plants benefit from the additional light source to a special extent and acknowledge the additional light with vigorous growth.
The backlight can be attached easily to the aquarium with the bracket already attached.
Compatibility with the MyChihiros app ecosystem makes programming in harmony with the main lighting possible. Using a compatible smartphone or tablet and the MyChihiros app, timer functions, dimming up and down, pauses or even predefined programmes are accessible. Completely freely programmable daily schedules are also possible with the app control.
