We pack and ship our livestock in the best possible way to ensure success of delivery. We insist that you follow the appropriate acclimation process needed for the species you ordered. If you experience a loss upon delivery you must take high quality/accurate photos of the fish, coral or plant in the original sealed bag(s) within 24 hours of receiving them. Then please fill out our Live Arrival Guarantee form for each species you have experienced a loss located here. Live Arrival Guarantee Form

   Our Live Arrival Guarantee is void if:

  • No-one is present to receive the consignment at time of delivery and the consignment is left unattended at the destination.
  • The livestock are not held at the delivery address and/or are on-sold or transferred to another person.

We are not permitted to ship any livestock to TAS, NT and WA.

We only ship Fish & Coral orders to residential or business addresses on Monday & Tuesday and sometimes Wednesday dependent on your location or unless there is a national or state public holiday, and we may hold shipping these orders due to major weather events. Live Fish & Coral are only delivered by Startrack so we recommend purchasing all other products separately to avoid expensive shipping cost.
